Lohngruppe oder Gehaltsstufe 4 der z.B. Lebensmittelbranche oder andere Explanation: Dies ist wirklich sehr schwer ins Deutsche zu übersetzen und zu erkklären. Es gibt bis zu 10, manchmal auch 12 livelli, danach ist man dann AT. In Italien unterscheidet man zw. Angestellten und Arbeitern wie hier auch. Ich würde nicht versuchen das System in der Ü zu erklären, höchstens eine Anmerkung in (), dass es nicht mit unserem Tarifsystem übereinstimmt! Mein Vorschlag wäre Lohngruppe oder Gehaltsstufe 4 der Lebensmittelbranche. Grüsse Petra |
