Wenn ich das Gesetz kurz überfliege, geht es darin mehr oder weniger um alles was mit der Imkerei zu tun hat: Bienenhaltung, Bienenzucht, Honig etc...- Produktion.

Das es um ein Gesetz geht steht über dem fraglichen Begriff und behandelt eben das Imkereiwesen
ansonsten vielleicht Gesetz zur Imkerei.
