Italian term or phrase: sporgenza
Il caso in questione è un tipico esempio di come un invervento di rinoplastica possa incidere sull'intera armonia del viso risolvendo in contemporanea un problema legato alle proporzioni del mento. Senza ricorrere alla mentoplastica il mento risulta meno pronunciato e in linea con la punta del naso. L'intervento eseguito al naso ha ridimensionato la ***sporgenza*** del naso stesso creando un profilo più dolce e in linea con la rotondità del mento.

Nell'immagine a destra, scattata dopo l'intervento, si nota come la punta del naso sia in linea con la sporgenza del mento favorendo il ripristino delle corrette proporzioni tra naso e mento. In questo modo si ha l'impressione che il mento sia stato modellato, anche se in realtà l'unica parte del volto sottoposta ad intervento è stata il naso.


Auch diese Übersetzung liegt mir auf der Zunge, aber leider fehlt die abschließende Eingebung :-)!
