gemischter Vorspeisenteller nach Art des Hauses Explanation: tris: non è usuale di indicare di quanti gusti sia composto un piatto misto; in tedescho è sempre 'gemischt' primi: dato che l'ordine delle portate è un po' diverso in Germania, cioè antipasto-secondo-dolce, dipende (come sempre!!) da che cosa sia composto quel tuo primo. Se non potrebbe proprio passare come un'antipasto caldo, direi 'gemischter Teller', aggiungendo, se possibile, di che cosa consisti, come p.e. 'gemischter Grillteller' (grigliata), 'gemischter Wildteller' (selvaggina) ecc. della casa: viene quasi sempre tradotto con 'nach Art des Hauses'. 'hausgemacht' invece tradurebbe come casalingo, fatto in casa, della mamma ecc. auguri! Jutta xx |
