estou com dificuldade para encontrar um equivalente aceitável para o termo "fatta espressamente salva" no contesto de um contrato, referindo-se ao direito de indenização do outorgante em caso de rescisão. A frase completa seria "fatta espressamente salva la risarcibilità dell'ulteriore maggiore danno sofferto da...", que eu traduzi como " preservando espressamente a indenização do maior prejuízo sofrido...".
