Ingredienti:
Per 4 persone. 400g di bucatini, uno spicchio d\'aglio, un mazzetto di prezzemolo, il succo di mezzo limone, 50g. di olive verdi, 2 acciughe sotto sale, 50g. di funghi sott\'olio, sale e olio.
Preparazione:

Fate soffrigere l\'aglio e il prezzemolo tritato in 4 cucchiai di olio; irrorate con il succo di limone, unite le olive snocciolate e le acciughe tritate e dissalate. Coprite e fate insaporire per 4/5 minuti a fuoco basso. Tagliate i funghi afettine e uniteli al sugo a fine cottura. Scolate al dente i bucatini e fateli saltare in padella con il sugo preparato, insieme a 3 cucchiai dell\'acqua di cottura. Serviteli immediatamente.-
