aluat savoiard Explanation: Tinand cont de faptul ca e vorba de Margareta de Savoia, cred ca ar trebui pastrata o referinta la aceasta. Acest aluat e similar celui de cozonac, insa nu sunt asimilabile. A se vedea si aceasta intrebare de traducere a acestei sintagme in franceza, care mi se pare revelatoare: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/italian_to_french/cooking_culinary... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 ora (2009-11-09 11:24:13 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Tinand cont si de ce zicea Anca, si pe de alta parte, tinand cont de faptul ca eu as pastra referinta culturala la Margareta de Savoia, as propune : " aluat savoiard de tip cozonac" care e indeajuns de scurt incât sa fie potrivit pentru a figura pe o eticheta. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 ora (2009-11-09 11:26:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- De asemenea, o astfel de traducere elimina identificarea dintre cele doua tipuri de aluat, punand accentul pe faptul ca sunt similare. |
