A Moro,a esempio,di guidare un governo fregava poco o niente.Lui e` grande politico,come la grande politica e` Andreotti.Ma del fatto che ci fosse un ministro che faceva errori anche clamorosi,finche` non li disturbava personalmente,sia Moro sia Andreotti se ne infischiavano,quasi neppure si accorgevano.Fanfani era di un`altra pasta:voleva e sapeva intervenire anche su questo.
