Haría falta contexto para saber a qué se refieren estos términos. Recepire, en italiano, es acoger (lenguaje jurídico) y hacer algo propio (hizo suya mi idea - recepì la mia idea). El participio es "recepito"

Con respectoal segundo término, también yo creo que hay algún error. Podría tratarse de "Fondamenta", las bases o los cimientos de algo, tanto a nivel real como metafórico.
