Oltre agli ordini d’acquisto vengono visualizzati/e anche le offerte, i rifornimenti, i prelievi ecc.

il participio in questo caso va al maschile o femminile? Io avrei messo "visualizzate" ma essendovi anche dei sostantivi maschili ... però non so che dirvi mi suona strano

Io metto sempre prima tutti i maschili e in fondo il femminile.

in genere si accorda col sostantivo più vicino. Fosse stato alla fine, si sarebbe messo tutto al plurale in caso di sostantivi misti
