I'm still translating my list of terms (yes, it's very long) and I've come across this one in several places. Is there such a thing as Publishing VAT? For example:

Registro Iva Editoria - Metodo Resa Forfetaria
Registro Iva Editoria - Metodo Copie Vendute
Riepilogo IVA Editoria
Aggiornamento Registro IVA editoria

I've tried googling "publishing vat" and "editorial" vat without success.

Explanation:
I am pretty sure this is what is meant - it seems to be VAT applied at 4% when one prints a publication for resale and the 4% VAT must be applied to the cover price of the publication. I found a couple of forum dicussions which seem to support this - see web refernces below.
