A taste of Sardinia

Explanation:
Non resterei necessariamente troppo vicina all'Italiano.

A taste of Sardinia: traditional cuisine and crafts

"The Tastes and Traditions of Sardinia" or "Sardinia: Tastes and Traditions"

Explanation:
I can't quite decide which one I like more, but here are my thoughts about both:

1. Regarding the first option: It sounds better to me with the define article.

2. Regarding the second option: I don't see any reason for adding the possessive "its" before "Tastes" or "Traditions."

3. Regarding both options: For some reason, putting "Tastes" before "Traditions" gives the phrase a more agreeable rhythm to my ears. I can't explain why.
