Italian to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Architecture
Italian term or phrase:superficie commerciale
I am translating a surveyor's cv, to describe projects he/she has worked on, and in terms of a 'centro commerciale', xxxx m2 are 'superficie commerciale'. Would the term 'commercial area' be appropriate?
SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN ONLINE IN THE PAST DAY. HERE'S THE ENTIRE SEGMENT
"Centro commerciale NAME (sola superficie commerciale di 4000 mq) con annesso edificio pluriplano adibito ad uffici ed abitazioni presso il comune di NAME"
Then what about gross surface area. I know the Italian term from personal experience having been asked for the "superficie commerciale" by the some authority. You can't just measure it by yourself, you need the plans, which were long lost.
