Italian term or phrase: fior di pelle
I am having difficulty coming up with a decent translation of the last sentence. All suggestions much appreciated!(The text is describing a range of jewellery)...

"Ostentato o suggerito, monocromatico o caleidoscopico , astratto o figurativo, il lusso di ******** è sogno, emozione, magia. E’ lusso da indossare a fior di pelle ancor prima che ostentare."

sensual pleasure
Explanation:
Hi there
Just thinking about intimacy, skin, pleasure... and flaunting (sorry Sarah, but it is Friday!)

\"These superb items hold a promise of intense sensual pleasure without needing to be flaunted.\"

Cheers

on bare skin but

Explanation:
i testi pubblicitari/promozionali sono sempre difficili da tradurre perche' sono "gonfiati" e trovare il tono giusto nella lingua di arrivo non e' facile. No wonder you are having difficulties, I can't even begin to think what it means, apart from the sexual connotations of "fior di pelle".
La pubblicita' e' tutta denotazione e niente (o poca) connotazione
I nervi a fior di pelle, means I am on edge, but has nothing to do with this sentence.

Wearable luxury/ Luxury that is pleasure to wear and to show off

A luxury to feel against your bare skin...

Explanation:
I agree with all the above comments. Tough to get the right touch on something like this. But the idea (I think) is to enjoy the sheer feel of the jewelry against your skin, even under a turtleneck. You're the only one who knows.
So,
A luxury to feel against your bare skin, even before showing it off
(or: flaunting it -- as you prefer).
Good luck!

first pamper yourself with this kind of luxury ... then flaunt it

Explanation:
I tend to try and get away from the original and just try to convey the sense of it.
I was chewing with "skin deep" and "eye of the beholder" - changing "beauty" to "luxury" but no luck...
I also think you need something "refined" and "classy" for this product (not that I'm saying mine is at all one or the other).

caress(es)

Explanation:
The sensual overtones of putting on a piece of jewellery against naked skin are clear. How about shifting the idea to the verb?

Luxury that caresses, then impresses.

It might be a bit "free" but the alliteration works, I think.

Explanation:
"It is luxury for your skin to know, for others to guess"

"It's the intimate pleasure of luxury that doesn't need to be revealed"

"It's the private touch of luxury that doesn't need to be flaunted" ...

...Just playing with the sense of private pleasure that derives from jewellery, and of course like everybody else said, the sexual undertones tied into the idea of "fior di pelle".
Good luck!

on your naked skin

Explanation:
"Fior di pelle" is usually used for a state of nervous tension but since in this case it is referred to jewelry it clearly indicates that it is human flesh/skin that is being spoken about

see Iris's suggestions

Explanation:
Not an easy one, but I think Iris's suggestions have best captured the original meaning here,
especially:
"It is luxury for your skin to know, for others to guess"
"a fior di pelle" here does not actually call on the sensual/sexual connotations, rather the intimate/personal side.
