Italian term or phrase: diaframma/parti anteriori e posteriori della testa

Gil
English translation:diaphragm; anterior and posterior regions of the head
Explanation:
"Diaphragm" is straighforward (It's the muscular membrane that powers the human singing voice). -- The terms "anterior" and "posterior" are common in anatomical usage. I would assume your second phrase refers to resonating chambers or cavities (i.e., the sinuses) in the head, except that these are present only in the front of the head. Perhaps the writer actually means to refer to the anterior and posterior resonating chambers, which would make sense, rather than to regions of the head as a whole. -- Hope this helps, HC

diaphragm and head resonators

Explanation:
not sure about the second part...I assume it refers to singing and voice coaching; the parts of the heads are called "resonators" but see the address below (The Journey of the Voice) for a very technical description of voice components; you should be able to find what's best for your translation.
