Italian to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial
Italian term or phrase:finanziamento alla societa'
La somma suddetta inviata da Mr X sara' contabilizzata come finanziamento alla societa'. I need to know if this is in english a shareolder's loan or some other voice normally found in the balance sheet.
Explanation: Not strictly related to the "finanziamento alla societa" (which has been well addressed by the answers given by the previous respondents), but a more general observation. The term "voce" is a false friend, at least when it appears in balance sheets and financial documents. The customary term in English is "item," rather than "voice" (which would surprise the readers of these texts!). -- Cordiali saluti, H.C.
