Italian term or phrase: perimento
"Perimento di beni" in a contract of leaselease
Fiona
English translation:loss / destruction of the goods /property
Explanation:
I respectfully disagree with the previous answer which confuses "perimetro" (boundary) with "perimento" (loss). In your lease the word is probably used in the context of the loss or destruction of the leased goods/ property /premises giving rise to some legal effects, for example, the termination of the lease.

perishing

Explanation:
In Italian it means "venir meno dei beni, di un diritto"; I was wondering whether it might mean rather than the complete loss or destruction, the "perishing" of goods, assets.
