A fronte delle riserve patrimoniali in sospensione d’imposta non è disposto alcun accantonamento al fondo, in quanto, allo stato, si ritiene che non verranno effetuate operazioni che ne determinino la tassazione.

Being intellectually unequal to the task of judging whose reply is the best on this one, I used the ol' pro tempora principle and chose the first (encouraged also by Pat's financial background).
Thanks also to Gary and Francesco

Explanation:
How about "tax-sheltered estate property," as in: "Faced with any estate property which is tax-sheltered, no provisions are made to the fund, since from the viewpoint of the state, it is assumed that no transactions shall be effected bringing about taxation of said property." (Hope to be of some help! Good luck!) Gary :-)

8 hrs
Deferred tax asset reserve fund

Explanation:
First of all, what does this phrase mean? It means that the company MIGHT set aside a provision to pay taxes, but they WILL NOT do that because they think that they are going to do nothing for which they would be forced to pay taxes later on. There is no capital gain involved here. Therefore I'd say

No provision will be made in the deferred tax asset reserve fund, as we deem that no transaction will be made for which the company may have to pay tax in the future.
