Giusto due parole per chiarire, se fosse utile, cosa e' la Cassa Depositi e Prestiti e la mia opinione sulla traduzione di enti italiani in altre lingue.

La CC.DD.PP e' l'ente pubblico che eroga i fondi dallo Stato agli Enti Locali.
Quindi Comuni, Regioni, Province trovano i soldi stanziati dal bilancio statale agli sportelli della CC.DD.PP.

E' percio' un'ente tipicamente italiano, di cui non so se esiste l'equivalente in altre nazioni e con quale nome, ma che io suggerirei di lasciare invariato nel testo tradotto.
Eventualmente, come al solito, se possibile, fornirei una pseudo-traduzione a fianco, tra parentesi e giusto a titolo esplicativo, non come 'traduzione' precisa ed equivalente in inglese.
