Italian term or phrase: impegno al riacquisto in linea capitale
it's the "in linea capitale" that throws me. Under this agreement, company A leases goods to B. Company C is providing a guarantee, whereby, if, at the end of the lease period, B decides not buy the goods, or if the lease is interrupted early for any reason, C is obliged to buy them. The agreement includes an amortization plan, which is where the linea capitale comes into it, presumably, as it shows the changes in the remaining capital to be paid on the goods in question over time. Unfortunately no immediate context, since this term is the actual title of the agreement
Thanks for any help

capital repurchase agreement
Explanation:
From this snippet found on Yahoo It. it would seem that "in linea capitale" means the arrangements made for paying out (or recuperating) the capital but not the interest which will either be waived or provided for somewhere else in the contract. Am not completely sure.

"...dell'impegno assunto; gli impegni per titoli da ricevere sono esposti al prezzo ... tità della perdita prevista, sia in linea capitale che in linea interessi; ..."
