Italian to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Articles of Association
Italian term or phrase:liberarsi
Context: Il predetto aumento di capitale è da liberarsi e versarsi integralmente all'atto della sottoscrizione.
My try: The aforementioned increase in share capital is to be "?" and fully paid upon subscription.
Could "liberarsi" mean "released" at all in this context? I have seen another entry in the Kudoz glossary with this term, where "liberarsi" was interpreted as "paid" - unfortunately here I also have "versarsi integralmente" ...
Any help at all would be appreciated...
