Il limite di rilevabilità per una procedura analitica corrisponde ad una concentrazione dell’analita che fornisce un segnale che può essere distinto significativamente da ***quello del bianco***.
Calcoleremo il LOD attraverso il metodo del rapporto segnale-rumore; eseguiremo tre analisi con sola acqua distillata per riuscire a valutare l’altezza del picco relativo al rumore di fondo nell’intervallo di tempo in cui si ha il picco del DEHP
Una volta ottenuto tale valore calcoleremo quella che dovrebbe essere l’altezza del picco relativa al valore del LOD, attraverso il rapporto segnale/rumore 3:1 e quindi la concentrazione teorica di una soluzione al LOD.
