agree  Dr Lofthouse: It should be 'bubble concentration' if it is referring to the number of bubbles of gas /cm3 liquid, its better English

  -> I also thought it would have been more correct, but then I found that in this case 'bubble' refers to the plant itself (in this case a refinery) as a whole entity, and it's used for calculating gas emissions in air in the Concentration bubble approach.
