Italian term or phrase: ti mancano le vite al videogioco
How do you translate this? do you have a specific term identifying the lives you have available to play the videogame before it says game over?

This is a line of dialogue in a movie essentially spoken in Roman dialect... very young characters for a young audience, so slang, informal language is preferable.

I hope I'm being clear enough...
