Italian to English translations [PRO]
Computers (general) / Internet and E-mail Usage Policy
Italian term or phrase: titolare di una casella di posta (elettronica)
Is it right to say "mailbox holder"?And "authorized user"? I think "Owner" is wrong, as it would be the Company itself, and not every single employee/user.

"Holder of an email address". If from a company directly. Otherwise "account holder of an email address" if it is through an account held with a service provider.

I would have posted mailbox if I thought that was the right translation. The word "titolare" is a legal word and what is held is the address, rather than the "in box" or the "out box" and in English we refer to the address in this type of context.
