Is it right to say "mailbox holder"?And "authorized user"? I think "Owner" is wrong, as it would be the Company itself, and not every single employee/user.

I would have posted mailbox if I thought that was the right translation. The word "titolare" is a legal word and what is held is the address, rather than the "in box" or the "out box" and in English we refer to the address in this type of context.
