Italian term or phrase: agricucina
Hi all,

this is a single word I find in the web site of a traditional yet innovative mountain restaurant called San Brite (Cortina d'Ampezzo). Here you can get a feeling of the place: http://www.cortinadolomiti.eu/IT/san-brite/

Do you have any suggestions on how to translate "agricucina" withouth using a lengthy expression, if possible?

Thanks!

I think it's ok to use this, although I'm aware that it has a use in an Indian context. That said, I think "agri-" conveys the idea of "natural" and that's the idea here.

you might even go with "natural cuisine"
