Hi Lara...I could give a price discount in two ways: in kind or cash (rebate, reduction on next bill something like that). I believe here that they are granting additional merchase for the value of the price discount offered.

Asker: Hi Paul, thanks for your answer and sorry for taking me so long! I understand "sconto in natura", I'm not so sure about "sconto a valore" is that a discount on the value, i.e. on the price of the product?
