Is this simply called an advance on real estate? I'm pretty sure it is but I wanted to check to see if there is any other terminology.

"Oggetto di Anticipazione Fondiaria sono esclusivamente immobili residenziali esistenti siti sul territorio italiano in specifiche aree geografiche."
