Hi folks
This is a definition of a type of bank branch. Has anyone ever come across it before?

Fast teller counter
Explanation:
Here is a bilingual web site that describes this interesting banking phenomenon:

http://www.tecnoprogres.it/page05.htm

"Lo Sportello Leggero nasce per soddisfare le esigenze di una banca moderna. Realizzare a costi contenuti ed in tempi brevi (tre giorni) una presenza bancaria in tutte quelle zone (centri storici, centri periferici o di nuova espansione, supermercati o mercati coperti, aeroporti, centri commerciali, zone turistiche etc) nelle quali è difficile o non conveniente inserirsi con strutture convenzionali."

The English translation is found here:

http://www.tecnoprogres.it/page05_uk.htm

"The Fast Teller Counter has been created in order to satisfy the requirements of the modern bank. It is possible to realize at low costs and within a short period of time (three days) the presence of a bank in all those areas (city centres, suburban areas or developing areas, supermarkets or indoor markets, airports, business centres, tourist resorts, etc.) where it is difficult or not convenient to be present with conventional structures."

Thanks to you all; although all suggestions were valid, I decided to stick with the "fast teller" option because it was the only documented source I could find.
Cheers

limited-operation bank branch

Explanation:
Sportello usually is a bank-counter, but it also means bank branch. What's a "light bank branch"? It's a bank branch that does not provide all bank services such as opening accounts, investments, etc., but only a limited functionality, such as foreign currency exchange: that's a perfect example of "sportello leggero"

"Express Branch"

Explanation:
"Sportello" rings as "bank window" with me as well, in a literal sense; but being that here it's referring to a bank branch, it makes me think of American English's love of incorporating the word "express" into all types of services nowadays in gas stations, malls, etc., for banking, driver's license renewals -- you name it -- so I'd suggest "express bank branch location," or something to that effect. Cheers! Gary :-)
