Italian term or phrase: patto di legislatura
"Un patto di legislatura regionale-nazionale per il rinnovo e il rilancio dell’Italia turistica"

I understand that this is an accord designed to last the length of a parliament. But how would we say that in English?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes , but… I thought of "parliamentary accord", but neither give the idea implicit in the Italian that ithe is supposed to last for the length of a legislature.

(legislative) term agreement/deal

Explanation:
If you want to stress the fact that tha validity of the agreement is only temporary maybe you could use "term" for "legislatura".

Just a suggestion.
