contract notice / PFI-PPP Explanation: Hi Ariella, I think that "contract notices / invitations to tender" are pretty straightforward definitions. The hard bit seem to be "iniziativa privata". I believe it refers to partnerships between public and private institutions for the realisation of some infrastructure projects. PFI= Private Finance Initiative and PPP= Public-Private Partnership are closely related terms.
