This is a contract between XXXX and a model's Agency, and the object of the contract are the services of a model.

"Resta a scanso di equivoci inteso che tutte le obbligazioni di cui al presente accordo, incluse in particolare quelle relative alla cessione dei diritti di immagine, dovranno essere adempiute anche nel caso in cui la Modella dovesse successivamente decidere di cambiare agenzia di riferimento. Anche in tale ipotesi, infatti, l’Agenzia resterà obbligata nei confronti di XXXX, a nulla contrattualmente rilevando l’intervenuta interruzione del rapporto tra l’Agenzia e la Modella."
