Italian term or phrase: Base and Conduit
I due termini indicano due tipi di compagnie offshore, con sede in paradisi fiscali o c.d. treaty havens, di supporto a case madre con sede in altri paesi (soprattutto USA e UE). Mi piacerebe capire come tradurre i due termini in italiano in modo sintetico o se non esiste una traduzione sintetica. Grazie in anticipo.

Both terms indicate two forms of Offshore Entities, sited in tax havens or treaty havens, set up in support of parent companies in other countries (mainly USA and EU). I'd like to know if it exists a synthetic translation in italian for both. Thanks in advance.
