Italian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Italian term or phrase:intimazione di licenza
in the jurisdiction clause of a rental contract.
Context: per qualunque controversia relativa al presente contratto, salvo "l'intimazione di licenza" o di sfratto come previsto dall'art. 661 c.p.c."
The furthest I have got with research is this: "L'intimazione di licenza per finita locazione è l'atto con il quale il locatore chiede la declaratoria di risoluzione del contratto...."
Can anyone help - really stumped by this
@ Cristiana, I put this in on a hunch and it seems to get a lot of ghits - what do you think? it just seems so strange that it crops up in Italian so much and doesn't seem to have an 'official' translation
