"...che ne siano riquesti ed chuinque spetti di mettere in esacuziona il presente titolo."
this is the type of situation where I would send the text to the client for editing....sounds like a foreign source - nothing wrong with that, but requires editing - this can be interpreted in opposite ways: "must" as opposed to "expect".
