Italian term or phrase: la sovraestesa relazione di traduzione
Something someone affirmed under oath. I can't find 'sovraestesa' in any dictionary and I can't make any obvious composite meaning work. I'm not sure whether the 'relazione di traduzione is referring to a translation or a report on a translation. Any thoughts??

Explanation:
synonymous, I think of 'suesposto', 'suddetto'; whether it is a translation or a translation report should be clear from the oath given
