Hi all, to be honest I am not quite sure, but it sound like Court of Account.

Note added at 6 hrs (2007-11-05 14:59:48 GMT)

I have forgoten the "s", for Court of Accounts. Nevertheless, I now even less sure then before about this version.

neutral  writeaway: afaik that would be the Corte dei conti and it's Court of Accounts or even National Audit Office in English. In any case, that's not the right translation of the term here.
