Italian term or phrase: trattenuta per la decisione
Da una sentenza. Alla fine delle premesse, prima di giungere alla parte inerente le motivazioni della sentenza stessa, si legge:
"Alla pubblica udienza del xx xx 2007, la causa è stata **trattenuta per la decisione**."
Il significato mi pare chiaro: in quell'udienza il caso è stato finalmente affrontato e dibattuto così da giungere alla decisione oggetto della sentenza.
Ma come tradurlo?
