Italian term or phrase: Memoria di risposta/memoria di domanda
I am working on a "memoria di replica" which is issued by the plaintiff so I am translating this term as "replication".
The terms above appear frequently in the document I am working on and I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas how to translate them specifically.
The memoria di risposta in this instance is issued by the defendant and the memoria di domanda by the plaintiff.
Any ideas very welcome.

Emma, these are the terms used for these pleadings documents in arbitration proceedings.

If you look at articles 18 and 19 of the Swiss International Arbitration Rules in Italian (https://www.sccam.org/sa/download/SRIA_italian.pdf) and English(https://www.sccam.org/sa/download/SRIA_english.pdf), you will see these are the names given.
