Italian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
Italian term or phrase:in giudizio/si costituisce in giudizio
I know this already appears in the glossary but is this always "appears before the court" or can it be translated in any other way? I'm not sure whether or not it works in these two sentences. For example, might the first one be "represented by"?
"Agenzia delle Entrate - Ufficio X, ***in giudizio mediante*** la Direzione Y"
"L'Ufficio, come sopra rappresentato e difeso, ***si costituisce in giudizio*** ed in relazione al ricorso presentato dalla contribuente avverso l'avviso di accertamento..."
