Italian term or phrase: Non essendo previsto il giudizio italiano sull'ammisabilita dell'azione
Hi everyone,
For some reason, I just can't make this into an idiomatic English sentence. Here is some more context:

Sempre preliminarmente e pregiudizialmente, va eccepita l'incostituzionalita dell'Art XXX, non essendo previsto il giudizio sull'ammisibilita dell'azione, cosi come previsto, invece, per il rinconoscimiento dall'Art. XXX per contrasto con gli Art XX,XX e XXX della Costituzione.

Thanks in advance

English translation:since there is no provision for proceedings regarding the admissibility of the action
Explanation:
I presume that the "italiano" in the heading is not actually part of the phrase.

Don't worry about it. Everyone knows it's Edinburgh where the best translations get done.
