Italian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
Italian term or phrase:chiamata alla quale
It must be the stress but I cannot get my head round this contorted phrase - any help would be appreciated. Merry Xmas to all
This really is contorted. Does the document have a title? Is it from the court or is it something filed by one of the parties? I get that the case was continued and a future hearing date scheduled, but it doesn't make sense that there would then be a summons for it. It sounds like this document has been prepared for purposes of the hearing, with the issues of fact and law as presented in an appearance and response already filed, while the final conclusions/arguments are set out in this document itself. But not knowing the context makes it hard to be sure.
