Law/Patents - Law (general) / court hearing
Italian term or phrase: audizione in forma protetta
I am translating a defence brief concerning a child. The child was heard in court by a prosecutor. The sentence reads: l'audizione in forma protetta della ragazza. I am not sure anything similar exists in the UK so I thought about " secure hearing of the child" .
