From a legal document about a breach of contract. What are good English equivalents for "tangibilita" and "assumibilita"?
Pallo
substance/tangible evidence and attribution
Explanation:

tangibilita - substance, tangible evidence. The context will dictate the appropriate one.

assumibilita di prove - in Italian, assumere prove means to accept, hence in this case it means to prove - in English I think you could use "attribution of" although I am not sure what they are attributing....guilt sounds heavy for breach of contract, may be "attribution of responsibility"

you will find hundreds of references in google.

Also, may I suggest to include the complete sentence in the future.
