Italian term or phrase: Associante-Associato (joint venture)
Does anybody know what are called the two partners of a joint venture?
In Italian they are the "Associante" (the one who manages the business) and the "Associato" (the other). I have no idea what they are called in English.
Help!!
THANKS!!!!!
