Voglia l'111.mo Tribunale adito
Should I translate designandi, declaranda contumacia, pro-tempore?
Does costituirsi mean to give oneself self up or in this case to present oneself? If it is the later how should I translate costituzione?
What is Voglia..?

agree  pesci: Costituirsi:in this case I would say "to present oneself".......costituzione = referred to costituirsi, so I would say "should the person fail to present..." Voglia" is May l'Illustrissimo Tribunale (si esorta il tribunale a, voglia nel senso di volonta'"
