Dalla definizione riportata nel Garzanti ("tuziorismo=nel linguaggio giuridico, atteggiamento improntato a grande cautela, volto alla ricerca della maggiore sicurezza possibile anche rispetto a eventualità improbabili") mi sembra molto simile all'espressione "a titolo cautelare" corrispondente all'inglese "as a precaution"
