Italian term or phrase: Il tutto con promesso di rato e valido e fin da ora ratificato
This is a common last line in Italian powers of attorney. I know what it means but I need a good tried and trusted translation for it which is better than the longish one I have now (being the UK equivalent in legal terms but not exactly a translstion).

with promise of full ratification and approval
Explanation:
I don't know what you have, but this is what I have used. The part about "il tutto" can be "all of the above" or "the above clause" -- obviously it depends on context. To include "fin da ora", I would put "with promise of immediate full ratification and approval".
