Explanation:
I know, I don't like it either, but it's the closest thing I've ever found for this. You could call it a "secondary office", but at that point I'd go with "branch". Webster's Dictionary of Law indicates "branch" as a division of a business or organization, so I think you can use it to refer to a court as well.
