"Con riserva nel merito" di ulteriormente dedurre e produrre oltre che meglio specificare le domande.

FYI, my Eng/Ital dictionary (Garzanti) lists "con riserva di tutti i diritti" as "all rights reserved".

PS: I think "dedurre" here is mean in the sense of "deduct" (ergo, withdraw) and not "deduce".
